The driver helped with the luggage, drove carefully and knew exactly where to drop us off. My husband and son went to find the van and we stayed with the luggage until they came back and then we all walked to the van (this took less than 5 mins). The airport was manic, so don't be surprise or be put off if you have to walk and search for the van as it may not be able to get close to the arrivals area and/or park nearby.
